In May 2021, we distributed satisfaction surveys to our outpatient clients and received a total of 2957 responses back, including 120 Spanish responses. Below, see the results from the English OP surveys. There were 120 Spanish surveys completed, 115 from Ozark and 5 from Counseling Associates. All Spanish ratings were Satisfied or Very Satisfied except 6 that were Neutral.
